(Headquarters: Nerima-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Ho Yeong-Ju, hereinafter referred to as "Henn-na Trading"), at the 52nd International Hotel & Restaurant Show held at Tokyo Big Sight from February 13th (Tuesday) to 16th (Friday).

At the booth, we will showcase "Rakuder," an order management system specialized for the hotel and lodging industry, jointly developed by Henn-na Trading and Jitera, as well as examples of system development support by Jitera that enable digital transformation (DX).

## About the Integrated Order Management System "Rakuder"

In the hotel and lodging industry, there is often a reliance on front desk staff to handle the ordering and management of supplies, as well as sales and expense tracking, through faxes and emails due to labor shortages. These administrative tasks can be complex and time-consuming, posing a significant challenge.

"Rakuder" is a system jointly developed by Henn-na Trading and Jitera with the goal of streamlining hotel operations and allowing staff to focus on their primary role of providing hospitality to guests. It aims to eliminate the reliance on the experience and intuition of veteran staff, which can lead to personalization of tasks, and contributes to standardizing operations and reducing the costs associated with training personnel.
