Settings
The Settings page lets you configure your Jitera workspace, manage team members, and customize how agents and the platform behave for your organization.
Accessing Settings
Click Settings in the sidebar to open the settings panel. Settings are organized into sections based on scope.
Account settings
Manage your personal account and preferences.

| Profile | Update your name, avatar, and contact information. |
| Change your account email or manage notification preferences. | |
| Password | Update your password or manage authentication methods. |
| Appearance | Choose between light and dark mode, or follow your system preference. |
Organization settings
Organization-level settings that apply across all teams. Only available to organization owners and admins.

| Organization name | Update the display name for your organization. |
| Billing | Manage your subscription plan, payment methods, and invoices. |
| Members | View and manage all members across the organization. |
| Security | Configure authentication requirements, API keys, and access policies. |
Team settings
Settings specific to individual teams. Available to team owners and admins.

| Team name | Update the display name for the team. |
| Members | Invite, remove, or change roles for team members. |
| Agents | Configure which agents are available to the team and customize their behavior. |
| Integrations | Connect external tools and services (MCP servers, APIs, etc.). |
| Storage | View storage usage and manage uploaded files. |
Agent configuration
Customize how agents behave for your team.

| Default agent | Choose which agent is selected by default when starting a new chat. |
| Custom instructions | Provide persistent instructions that agents follow in every conversation (e.g. “Always use British English” or “Our fiscal year starts in April”). |
| Memory management | Review what the agents have learned about your organization, and clear specific memories if needed. |

Connect Jitera to your existing tools.

Quick actions
From the Settings page you can:
- Update your profile — Change your name, avatar, and preferences.
- Manage team members — Invite or remove members and adjust roles.
- Configure agents — Set default agents and add custom instructions.
- Connect integrations — Add MCP servers and external tool connections.
- Review billing — Check your plan, usage, and payment details.
